As an employer it is your responsibility to treat all your employees differently. You must not make the mistake of comparing one employee with the other. Don't give all the employees the same praise that you give it to other employees. If the employees feel that they are compared with others they may lose their interest towards their work because they may think their contributions to the company are compared with others even though they have worked hard to complete their work successfully.
