Even though the work done by the employee is just a tiny task, they must know that the work they do is meaningful and significant in order to value it. If they lose their interest they may not care much about the product. In other words the employees must feel that others are depending on their work in order to produce something greater from the company's side. The employees must feel connected on the work they do, so that the interest towards their work develops automatically.
