Bruce Tulgan,
Bruce Tulgan, founder of Rainmaker Thinking Inc, is of the opinion that even though those two seems to be contradictory, they do make sense because youngsters who are 20 years and above may see a job in a short term transactional way and they don't necessarily think " Where do I fit in with this employer?" In an office, everyone wants to work in a positive and happy environment. No one wants to work at a job in which everyone is just working to get paid. If there is a workplace where both the youngsters and the elders are happy they will have some team work and they can work together to complete projects and help each other.
