Men are more happier at workplace than women:
In the results of that survey, the first thing they found that, it is the men who seems to be happy than their opposite counterparts when it comes to work-life balance. Most of the men are even happier to work for more time.
According to that survey 75 percent of the men said that they have a happy and healthy work-life balance and 70 percent of women expressed the same. Surprisingly, most of the men told that they don't mind for working more time at the office. Men are also more expected to work from home during nights and weekends, while women doesn't show that much of interest working from home.
