Ratan Tata’s half brother who is married to Mistry’s daughter can also be one reason for selecting him. The family is very familiar with the Tatas and that could be one of the influencing factors. He gained his Masters in Management from London business school. He is a very good golf player and loves to read business books. Like Ratan Tata he is also very fond of cars, especially the SUVs. He has always been within the family controlling the family businesses.
