Manage your time wisely
Once you are out of college, you have to say good bye to your leisure time and adjust with your hectic work schedule. You may have to compromise your time to meet your closest friends. At workplace you have complete your deadlines so priorities your task. Once you have the full-time job, your off days will be very few, so spend your weekends wisely as now you will find the weekends more precious than ever. Accept failure and criticism
Accepting criticism is a tough job for everybody and very few can handle it. But for your growth it's very important to accept it. Accept the failure and listen the criticism carefully. Think about the positive side of it and try to improve your mistakes.
