Walmart has faced a lawsuit for brainwashing their employees. It was accused of assigning tasks which were impossible to finish on time, making the workers do over time without any extra pay.
Walmart employees are convinced to sacrifice for ‘Mother Walmart’, in the 8-week training process that happens before joining, at a distant hotel. They are taught how Walmart is the best company to work for. After completion, post of ‘Assistant Manager’ is provided and trainees are instructed to keep away from lowly associates.
In the stores, they are made to shout Walmart slogans to keep them working mindlessly.
