Create a Vision

In order to lead, you must have the wide, far-reaching visualization that takes into account and anticipates where the organization should be in the future.
To achieve this, leaders should strike a balance between being loyal to their values and having sufficient flexibility to adapt their vision so that followers can have a stake in it and embrace it.
When you commit to a joint vision, you should be ready to allow people follow their zeal, conduct experiment and carry out risks.
