India Ranks 1st in Employee - Employer Relationship

International survey
Recently, an International survey was conducted by the ORC [a customer and employee research firm] on around 10,000 workers on the annual workplace engagement, where it has found that the "positive relationship" between the staff and management has increased in countries like India and China. But country like Australia has dropped four places and took the 13th spot in the list of 18 countries. According to that survey we can know that two of the Asian countries, Indians and Chinese have the best relationship with their boss when compared to countries like Japan, UK, France, Australia and other developed countries.
