It’s not only the gadget makers that will contemplate on hiking prices, car makers are too looking forward to this. Car sales grew at the slowest pace in 10 months with 3.4 percent, so even if rupees fall, manufacturers will have no option but to increase prices. Many car makers are offering decent discounts to buyers but these discounts might not stay for long if rupee continues to be in this depressing state.

Fuel price are likely to turn more inevitable. As of now the fuel hikes were at halt due to some political pressure. But the longer the oil marketing companies asked to wait before hiking prices the steeper will b those hikes. A price hike in diesel will also affect boosting price all the through the economy.

Who says that inflation in India is under control?  You will feel the prick even if you take a holiday abroad, as everything from room rates to food and shopping will get more expensive. The only reason to be happy is if you are in India and earning in foreign currency as your income in local currency is likely to increase without any extra effort on your part!
