Naveen Jain

Naveen Jain, Intelius, InfospaceA village boy from Utter Pradesh, Naveen Jain has created a niche for himself him the US. Intelius and Moon Express are the companies founded by Naveen. However, his first venture was InfoSpace, which he founded in 1996. The company provided metasearch and private-label Internet search services for consumers and businesses. Naveen served as the CEO of the company till 2000 and resumed the post in 2001. But he was forced out by InfoSpace’s board as Chairman and CEO in December 2002 and in April 2003, he resigned from the board of the company.

The same year, he founded Intellius, and in 2011, he founded Moon Express along with two other founders. Naveen holds an engineering degree from IIT- Roorkee, and MBA from XLRI School of Business and Human Resource, Jamshedpur.
