Hina Rabbani Khar is the first female and youngest Minister of State for Foreign Affairs in the history of Pakistan. A beauty with brains, Hina, 34, has a face that could feature on Vogue and Newsweek the same time. She was elected to the National Assembly in both 2002 and 2008 and was Minister of State for Finance and Economic Affairs from 2008 to 2011.
