The problems for this unemployment vary into different factors:
Technology:
We all say that we can be economically developed when we are technologically advanced. But the problem in this is many people don't know much about the technology and they don't know how to use it. Because of being technologically backward many of them become unemployed. And also if the growth of technology is unplanned and uncontrolled it creates chaos in the job opportunities.
So, to over come it, the people who are technologically backward they my get educated about the new technological aspects and we must make sure that there is a very well planned growth of technological advancement.
