Best Property Options Close To India's Major Cities

Bangalore: Good infrastructure, well-connected roads, expanding city limits and increasing property prices make home buyers to opt for properties that are located in places close to metro cities. To attract potential home buyers, developers are offering properties at such locations. Property consultant Knight Frank has come out with a report that has listed number of promising locations. Such locations are Bhiwadi and Dharuhera, Neemrana, Ranjanapada and Yelahanka and referred these locations as "hidden gems."

"Buying property in a location that is well-connected and an upcoming industrial hub is apt not only from the end-user point of view but also from the investment point of view," said PS Jayakumar, MD of Bangalore-based Value and Budget Housing Corporation (VBHC).

With the launch of affordable properties in areas close to major Indian cities, developers are targeting both first time home buyers and investors.  Some of these locations mentioned below are expected to give good returns over time, reports Pritam P Hans of Business Today.
