Honasa Consumer strengthens portfolio by gaining the assets of CosmoGenesis
Honasa consumer, the parent organization of brands like Mamaearth, The Derma Co, Aqualogica, Dr Sheth’s — has procured the resources of CosmoGenesis Labs, an exceptional skincare startup. 
The complete deal for the securing of resources is around 4 crore, as indicated by the administrative documenting. This is the fourth obtaining by Honasa up until this point. 
Other than CosmoGenesis, it has made three acquisitions to date – specifically, skincare brand Dr Sheth’s at a valuation of 28 crore, haircare brand BBlunt for 135 crore, and content platform Momspresso for an undisclosed sum. 
While Dr Sheth’s and BBlunt have demonstrated to be development drivers for Honasa since their acquisitions, the organization reassessed its costliest securing, Momspresso, in front of its IPO (Initial public offering) last year as the business neglected to convey the normal long haul esteem.
