Janak Malkani brings with him a robust 18-year track record in the Indian real estate sector, having held significant roles including Executive Director at CBRE's Advisory & Transaction Services in Mumbai. His career spans pivotal contributions at Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank, and Indiaproperties.com, where he has played instrumental roles in shaping the expansion strategies of major international retailers like Walmart and DeBeers. Malkani's expertise in real estate advisory and transaction services, coupled with his proven ability to cater to the needs of multinational corporations, positions him strongly to drive WeWork India's managed office business forward.
