LTIMindtree, the global technology consulting and digital solutions company, announced today the appointment of SN Subrahmanyan as Chairman, effective June 27. This decision comes as AM Naik steps down from the post, marking a significant leadership transition at the Larsen & Toubro Group's firm.
SN Subrahmanyan, popularly known as SNS, currently serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of Larsen & Toubro. He joined the board of L&T Infotech in January 2015 and was appointed Vice Chairman of L&T Infotech on May 4, 2017. Subrahmanyan played a pivotal role in the acquisition of Mindtree in 2019 and subsequently oversaw the merger of L&T Infotech and Mindtree, now known as LTIMindtree.
Expressing his commitment to the new role, Subrahmanyan emphasized his dedication to upholding LTIMindtree's core values of trust, customer focus, quality, and professionalism. Meanwhile, AM Naik, the Founder Chairman, reflected on the company's evolution under his leadership, transforming LTIMindtree into a global IT services giant.
With Subrahmanyan set to assume leadership, Naik expressed confidence in LTIMindtree's continued growth and success in the digital transformation space. LTIMindtree currently serves over 700 clients globally with a workforce of more than 81,000 professionals spanning across 30 countries.
