HTC ChaCha hits the Indian market


Bangalore: The much awaited Facebook phone HTC Cha Cha was unveiled in India by the Taiwanese manufacturer. The Smartphone has a price tag of 15, 990. It runs on the Android operating system powered by a 800 MHz processor. The sleek looking device is in a bar form with Qwerty keyboard, featured with 2.6 inch touch screen display, 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash and an expandable memory up to 32GB. In terms of connectivity, it supports 3G, Wi-Fi, A-GPS, and Bluetooth 3.0 with A2Dp which can also be transformed into a Wi-Fi hotspot. The device is equipped with a Facebook button which helps users to instantly upload photographs and videos, update current status and sharing links. Tata DOCOMO customers with 3G gets 3GB of free data and 3 hours of mobile TV free of cost for the first three months whereas the 2GB subscriber gets 3GB of free data and 300 minutes talk time from Tata to Tata for the first three months.
