Bangalore:U.S. President Barack Obama's jobs plan has run into some serious opposition. Obama's job-creation package fell to pieces in the Congress with the House of Representatives willing to pass only portions of USD 447 billion plan. The democratic-controlled senate too is not very gung-ho on the bill. Aides from both parties feel the bill may fail when it comes up for a vote later this month.
