'Terrorists have no religion', Aamir Khan
By

New Delhi: Bollywood star Aamir Khan Friday wrote on his blog that politicians may try to use the Mumbai terror attack to their own advantage and stressed that terrorists have no religion.
"I dread to think of how various political parties are now going to try and use this tragedy to further their political careers. At least now they should learn to not divide people and instead become responsible leaders," wrote Aamir on his blog www.aamirkhan.com/blog.
"When will these politicians realise and admit that terrorists have no religion. Terrorists are not Hindu or Muslim or Christian. They are not people of religion or god. They are people who have gone totally sick in their head and have to be dealt with in that manner," he added.
Aamir went on to write about how the tragedy that struck the financial capital Wednesday night and spilled over into Friday has exposed how "ill-equipped we are as a society as far as proper leaders go".
"We desperately need young, dynamic, honest, intelligent and upright leaders, who actually care for the country," he opined.
Militants struck in at least 10 places in Mumbai, killing at least 125 people and injuring 327 people besides holding scores of people hostage inside two luxury hotels since Wednesday night.
The actor has been actively keeping a tab on the proceedings of the rescue operations in the city through television. He shared that it was shocking and heart breaking for him to see various locations there turned into a war zone.
"At this moment I pray that the brave officers of the Mumbai Police, the Indian Army, Navy, the NSG and the various other security forces dealing with the situation are able to end this crisis as soon as possible," Aamir wrote.
Aamir extended his heartfelt condolences to the families of those killed and of those who had been held hostage since Wednesday night.
He made a special mention of the "brave officers of the Mumbai Police" who lost their lives leading from the front to take on the terrorists. He also wrote about Anti Terrorism Squad chief Hemant Karkare, who was one among the three top officials who laid down their lives while fighting terror.
The actor-turned-filmmaker has urged countrymen to have faith and signed off with "Jai Hind".

Aamir Khan should stop apologizing for islam.
I just cannot believe how brainwashed indians still are living in India, and
still swallow any trash that is dished out by bollywood.
Look, If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it
probably is a duck. Just replace islamic terrorist for Duck and you get the
picture.
To this day, Muslim jihadis are following in the footsteps of their prophet who
bragged, I have been made victorious with terror . Volume 4, Book 52, Number
220:
Also did you know that since 9/11 there have been 12,362 islamic terrorist
attacks around the world, the attitude that the majority express on this forum
is not going to stop this any time soon, so sad.

If India and its citizens have to be saved, following things have to be
implemented.
1. There has to be a minimum qualification to become a minister.
2. Qualifications include academic and health. (for an instance we dont need a
CM like in Tamil Nadu who cannot walk without the help of someone)
3. Homeland Security department to be formed and should come directly under the
office of the Supreme Court. Homeland Security should control Immigration,
Border security, Intelligence Bureau and Anti-Terrorism units.
4. The head of the homeland security should have stringent qualification
criteria to be in that position.
5. Strict anti-terror laws such as POTA should be implemented.
6. 16 terror attacks in last 2 years is way beyond tolerable limits. Hence It
should become mandatory for all hotels, hospitals, large apartments, stadiums,
railway stations, airports, shopping malls, schools, cinema halls to have CCTV
cameras and weapon detection security systems in place. No
deviations to be accepted in this.
I fully understand and am conscious that the last point will rob our citizens of
certain civil rights and freedom and will draw certain amount of cost to the
establishments. But human life is very precious and it has got to be
implemented. As a citizen of this country, I am willing to forego certain level
of freedom if it is going to make a lot of people live safer.
I dread to imagine the same hostage situation happening in a large school or a
cinema theatre (like what happened in Moscow in 2002). You cannot have NSG storm
the schools like what we saw in Mumbai yesterday.
I think we citizens of India should wake up, put enormous amount of pressure on
the government of India to start working for the people and make India a real
democratic and secular state. Otherwise, I dont want to pay tax which goes to
pay Z level security to these politicians.
Right now, we only talk about it.

Now when it is over, It is so easy to blame everybody else. But when terrorists
were comming from boat and bringing all those heavey begs, and strange people,
Where were people of Mumbai? Why nobody thought and suspect and notify to
authority? It is not there responsibility to keep Mumbai safe? In USA we
always count on people to watch for criminals. I hope now India can learn too.
I think people of Mumbai are much to blame for what has happen. They could
have avoided this attack if they care little more for their country.

Whatever Mr.Khan opined is correct. These incidents are not hapening only in
Mumbai, but all over the world everyday. I would like to suggest the media to
keep a separate slot only for BLAST incidents in the Newspaper or News
channel. But, the persons who can stop these things & bring a U-turn to the
present misdirected politics of our country are the persons who have got a
platform. A platform from where they can reach & influence the mass. But,
thoes persons who are there just spell out what is to be done & not ready
to do it by themselves & it is not possible for a common man to stop these
things. We are talking about unity. But, we were never united as citizens of
India. So, these things will happen always. AB TO BHAGWAN HI MALIK HAI.

You are absolutely right mr.Aamir. Terrorists have only brutal body with ut
brain and senses. As you rightly pointed out, all should stay united not only on
this occassion on all issues with out any differences, as has been the society
living. Who ever may the politician, if he disrupts the society living, he
should be hung till he leavaes his breath.

Manmohan Singh is not fit to be a prime minister. He is only fit to be en
economist. Even my dog gets furious than Manmohan Singh.
People blame Bush for being stupid. Regardless of how good he is, he is
defintely a leader.
Pathetic that we in India today have no leaders in politics. Not one. Shame on
us. Shame on India.
