Most Bizarre Coffins Ever Requested for
Bangalore: Most people are scared of coffins and don’t know how to face death. If you wouldn’t want to think of dying, how would you be able to decide or design your coffins?
Some traditions around the world however, celebrate death though as a way of passing on to a better place, and there are those who not only face death but embrace it and prepare well in advance for it. Coffins are no longer only seen as caskets in which the dead are laid to rest— they are now icons that show the way a person lived. Here is a collection of unusual coffins that have been requested over the years (in alphabetical order):
Airplane: Whoever wanted this coffin designed took the euphemism of calling death a “journey to the after-life” to a whole new level! The coffin, made of wood, has a cavity to place the body of the deceased inside.
Art Gallery Bench: Only an art-lover 
could have asked for this coffin. Heaven, for him/her might just be so full of beautiful things to see that it could be compared to an art gallery!
