How important is a Project Manager in India?
Bangalore: There is a rising demand for project managers in India. The demand has risen because there is a shortage of project managers at present. For this reason, project management courses have turned out to be in high demand at the present scenario. The demand mainly comes from the IT sector, which is in need of project managers who are capable of managing large software development projects, networking projects, IT installations and any other functions where the business and technology needs must be managed and the resources have to be coordinated.
A project manager is also responsible for making sure the deadlines of the project, money, people and materials. The project manager’s capability will also enable companies to bid for larger international projects to show their capabilities and management abilities.
