Bangalore: Has the apolitical nature of Anna Hazare's anti-corruption crusade vanished? Is the Hisar by-poll election result an indication of Anna's political significance? 'Yes' can be the answer for both, though team Anna stoutly opposes both.

The Hisar by-polls that marked the beginning of Team Anna's direct involvement in politics, has created also marked the beginning of an open political fight between Team Anna and its opponents, precisely the Congress Party. His opponents argue that there is nothing apolitical in Anna's campaign and the Haryana Janhit Congress' Kuldeep Singh Bishnoi, rather the fact that Congress candidate has been pushed to the third post Hisar elections, has proved the fact that Anna's voice is strongly hold in the public. However, the integrity of his call to defeat Congress has been widely criticized as the other two candidates, Bishnoi and Ajay Singh Chautala, face corruption charges. However, Bishnoi chose to give no credit to Anna Hazare and said, "I attribute it only to my father and the BJP." Congress troubleshooter and Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee said the defeat is sad and the party will review its loss in the by-election in Hisar.
