Happiest Minds Technologies inaugurate first U.S. office in Seattle

Seattle: Ashok Soota founded Happiest minds, an IT services company, inaugurated its first office in Seattle. Happiest minds will provide services and solutions around new technologies such as cloud computing, social media, mobility, security and analytics to global customers. The company delivers businesses like IT services, Infrastructure support and security and software product engineering.

“I am very happy to announce the inauguration of Happiest Minds’ Seattle office, the first in US. We expect the Seattle area to be a key element of our strategy and plan to set up a local development center as business scales to take advantage of the rich talent pool available in this region,” said Ashok Soota, Executive Chairman, Happiest Minds Technologies

Rakesh Narasimhan, Ex GM of Microsoft, inaugurated the Seattle office and said that he was confident that the company will execute their strategy well. Narasimhan also said that Happiest minds addresses some of the key evolving IT trends that was necessary for enterprises.

The IT solution firm has raised $45 million in series A investment, led by VC firm Canaan partners. Intel Capital and Ashok Soota also pooled in for the investment. The funds are to be used for setting up additional infrastructure, increase sales and marketing efforts globally, and hire talented employees to deliver most advance technology solution.
