You should always distribute the responsibilities to the talented employees equally. Bhuvaneswar Naik, Vice President , Human Resources, SAP Labs India said "I do not know 40 percent of what happens on the ground. It is impossible to know everything that takes place in the office. This is where a group of good subordinates help, since they keep you upto speed," It also helps the firm build leadership capabilities he added Most importantly, the head should realise that it is okay not to know everything . This belief will allay all fears," says Bhuvaneswar. According to bhuwaneshwar it is not possible for the boss to know everything that is happening in the organization therefore he should distribute responsibilities to the talented employees as they can help him to get informed about what is going on in the organization.
