Bangalore: The Indian cricket team could not ask for more with Varun Aaron kind of talent making his place in the Indian team as the fastest bowler. His ability to bowl fast has created a pace sensation and he has moved the spotlight from all fast bowlers onto him after his remarkable performance at Emerging Player?s Tournament in Australia.

Bowling consistently at around 90 miles per hour, Aaron scalped 10 wickets in the three three-day matches. Aaron hit the headlines when he bowled a 153 kmph scorcher. He replaced Ishant Sharma in India?s ODI squad for the England series. With India struggling in the pace department which was very evident during the recent England tour, there were calls for Aaron, who is just 21, to be drafted into the national team, and when Ishant sustained an ankle injury, Aaron was called up to the one-day squad.
