Bangalore: Acer announced its new Iconia A510 and A511 tablet, which will powered by new quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 SoC processors. These tablets will be Wi-Fi only and WiFi+3G models and are expected in Q3 2012 and price is not revealed yet. Iconia A510 (WiFi) and Iconia A511 (WiFi+3G) support WXGA 1280 x 800 pixel resolution.
These tablets appear to be in development and might be announced sometime early next year at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system running on them. Considering the Tegra 3 horsepower and Android 4.0 ICS features, Iconia A510 might push up Acer in India.
