In the year 2008, I left my high paying job and became Women Entrepreneur. I run my own Training Company ( Corporate Training, Behavioural skills, Soft Skills ) , Recruitment and a BPO of 50 seats which I run for Mahindra Holidays. There are around 65 employees in my Company.
The Journey So Far
I started my Career in 1990 after completing my MBA from Lucknow. I have worked in very good corporates ( Times of India, Modi Revlon, Reliance Comm) in Customer Service, Sales 881984 Mktg domains. I left my job in 2008 and ventured out to become an entrepreneur.
Role Model
I have no role models as such but I am really inspired by the entrepreneurs it may be male or female. I really feel charged up when i read their success stories.
Current and Previous Responsibilities
I am the founder director of my Company. I am involved at all levels. I have done the groundwork,still doing it as this is my own company. I have around 65 employees in my Co.I have developed a second line in these 4 yrs but still I am totally involved in day today functioning.
Plans for the Future
I see myself as a successful entrepreneur have my presence in couple of more states.
Most Important Decisions
The most important decision was to leave a high paying job which i did for 18 years and ventured to become an entrepreneur. Also in my family no body has ever done business. I come from a high middle class family where in every one is in Govt. or Private jobs.
Parting thoughts
I have really seen and gone through with ups and downs in running my business. But this has not deterred me from running my own business. I have survived through last 4 years of mixed experience.
I still have dreams to excel in my business venture.
