Tech Giant Apple Peaks the List of Companies that Brainwash Employees


Bangalore: Why do people prefer to work in a bigger company even for a lesser pay? Is it only the brand name or something else? According to Business Pundit, large corporations have been found to brainwash their employees and make them toil in the name of doing good for humanity. Surprisingly people die to get that job which demands satisfying overcrowded customers and where chances of promotion are also too low.

The biggest tech company Apple tops the list of such companies. Their stores are always flooded with customers and applicants who want to work there for $30,000 annually, which is almost half of what Verizon pays. 30,000 employees who work at the stores feel that it is ‘cool’ to work for Apple. The company doesn’t demand technical knowledge, saying that it can be learned if you have a friendly and attractive personality and are committed to the work.

‘An ‘etiquette training’ is provided to the ‘specialists’, as Apple call their employees, for weeks, which instills in them that they are doing something far grander than just selling or fixing products. They are enriching people’s lives’, New York Times reported.
