Almost everything “sticky” you see around in your office to your car is made by 3M Company, which invented the famous Post-it notes and manufactures a wide range of products.

The acronym 3M stands for Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing. The company started  by mining stone for manufacturing grinding wheels abrasives, but over the period of evaluation, the brand get shortened to 3M and  now stands for being makers of everything sticky, like Masking Tapes and Post-It Notes.
