Bangalore: Following the withdrawal of several of its products and services so far, Google has announced its 5 latest exclusions, including iGoogle.

Ever since Larry Page has become the Chief Executive of the company, Google has announced the termination of a number of its apps and services such as Google Power Meter, Google Friend Connect, Google Health, Google Buzz, Aardvark, Fast Flip, Google Pack and so on. It has also reorganized services like Product Search to Google Shopping.

Now after its ‘Spring Clean’ Google has announced that it has planned to shut down its five more products.

The explanation from Google for quitting these 5 products was that the company is focusing on its strengths and the services that are being removed seemed to be sterile as they had become outdated and redundant.

All these services did perform their part well during their spell, claims the company.

But in the time of technological revolution (the term would definitely sound insufficient) it should be looked forward to for more competitive and up-to-date apps to quench the thirst of the 4G customers.
