The magnificent figure of Kareena is the result of yoga and weight training, which she did under Payal Gidwani Tiwari and Rujuta Diwekar. She does 1,000 Kapalbhati and 50 Surya Namaskars a day and makes it a point to stay away from junk food and carbonated drinks. Rujuta is the author of “Don’t Lose Your Mind, Lose Your Weight’. Kareena says, “Rujuta has not just changed my body but also my mind and soul. She is the best thing to have happened to my life.” She adds, “When I started yoga, I couldn’t lift my feet above the ground. But a combination of gym and yoga does wonders to your body. Yoga is like a morning prayer, I have to do it daily and if I miss it then I am in a horrible mood."
