Bangalore: Anything connected to celebs always make way to the headlines. Be it for their work, their actions or even cars, they all make news. Recently American business magnate is in news for putting off his Porsche on sale. The 911 Porsche was bought by gates soon after he started Microsoft. The beautiful 1979 turbo started off with a bid of merely $15,000 but it’s expected to sell off for $60,000 or more. To prove that the car was owned by Gates, it has all its registration papers.  

There has been lot of stories connected with his car. Gates is said to have made many high speed excursions on the desert roads around Albuquerque, New Mexico prior he moved to Seattle. Moreover this is the same Porsche that he drove when he was arrested for traffic violation and photographed for this infamous action. TIME wrote, “Allen had to bail him out of jail after one midnight escapade. He got three speeding tickets – two from the same cop who was trailing him – just on the drive from Albuquerque the weekend he moved Microsoft to Seattle.”
