Can Manmohan get Economy Back in Groove?

Bangalore: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh might have had a bumpy ride over these three years. He has witnessed several ups and downs in the reign of the UPA government, as there were incidences like the Niira Radis tapes getting revealed, industrial houses and lobbyists gamed the system, there was the whole “coalition drama” when the Prime Minister was given a chance of appointing his choice of Ministry. All this had left a mark on the policymaking capability of the Congress and has flooded it with the cyclone of corruption scandals.

Since the start the UPA government rule has only managed to pile up on their problems my making wrong assumptions or predictions. When they came across the failing engines of growth they were just shaken from their dream world, one of the reason was the wake of global financial crisis, but the other reason was the failure of taking immediate decission to solve the initial problems. They were also burdened with the headstrong allies like the Trinamool Congress who increased their predicament.
