Top Issues in 5 Popular Smartphones

Bangalore: FixYa, a Q&A website for gadgets has published a report comparing consumers’ issues across most popular smartphones including the newly released Galaxy S III. This report has been generated from over 25 million users, 6.5 lakh experts and 15 million product problems and solutions. In the last article we have showed the issues in the Samsung Galaxy S III. Now here is a list of flaws in other popular smartphone.

1. Apple iPhone 4S

Finding the iPhone 4S on top of the smartphone category comes as no surprise. All the other smartphones will have to work really hard to displace the king of smartphones. But even the king has some big issues according to its subjects. 45 percent of the users claim that their device has week battery life, 20 percent and 10 percent of the users says it can’t connect to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth respectively. If the device successfully connects to the Wi-Fi network or any other Bluetooth devices, the connection won’t stay longer.

10 percent of users complain about its innovative voice assistant application Siri. Sometime Siri doesn’t recognize the speech and provides irrelevant information especially in the non-English speaking zones like India.
