Bangalore: Well actually the mobile was developed solely for the purpose of making communication easier. In the past two decades the reasons why we use a phone has changed drastically. We have come a long way from the days when a cell phone was huge and bulky which could only make calls and send and receive messages. Now we can do just about anything on our phones. Making and receiving calls aren’t the top things we do with our cell phones, in-fact that’s the least used feature in our smartphone. Surprising? According to a survey conducted by a British Mobile Operator O2 calling is the least used feature in a cell phone.
5. Making Calls
Believe it or not calling is indeed the least used as well as the least popular smartphone feature today. Though we spend most of our day glued to our handsets we don’t make many calls. Well this isn’t the same case with the members of the previous generation. Most of them still believe that a mobile phone are meant to make calls and for them making calls still remains the most fundamental and important feature of their phone.
