Welcome to the only exclusive job fair for experienced engineers in India. We understand that looking for a career change is a serious endeavor and our aim is to provide you and hiring companies a conducing atmosphere for serious discussion. We do not intend to do a "Mela" where anyone can walk in looking for a job. We will like you to register with us, submit your resume, if our evaluation teams finds that you have the qualifications that some of attending companies may be looking for, we will invite you to attend the job fair. We do not sell resumes so you can be rest assured that only companies listed here will see the resume.
You could meet HR and hiring managers of several companies in one visit. In our previous job fairs, several companies give written test at the job fair, some even do final interviews and make offers. Attending companies have normally seen the resume of all attendees before and some times even contact you to set up a time for you to come at job fair so they can interview you.
Please go through the job description, which are listed with attending companies logo's. These are some of the jobs that companies are looking to fill at this job fair. Obviously companies cannot list all the jobs that they are trying to fill, so even if your exact skills are not listed there, companies will still be interested in talking to you if you have at least 2 years of working experience.

NETGINIE is our own proprietary web based software that you can access with your email and password once you register with us. You can send msg to the recruiting companies before the job fair using NETGINIE. What's more important is that recruiting companies use NETGINIE to review your resume and can contact you even before the job fair to schedule a interview.
